AtLibellula, all products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring optimal quality and attention to detail. We continuously update our collections with the latest fashion trends, aiming to satisfy even the most discerning customers. Beyond our existing collections, we actively listen to each customer’s desires, tailoring our offerings to meet their specific needs.  

All our production materials are imported from South Korea, adhering to the highest quality standards and holding KC Safety Certification. 

Prices and Payment: 

All our products are priced fixedly on the websitelibelullakids.com. Depending on promotions or events, prices may be reduced for brand marketing purposes. The product prices do not include shipping costs to customers’ locations. Customers will be informed of the shipping fees during the checkout process based on their specific national regions. We accept payments via PayPal and credit cards. For wholesale customers, please contact us for pricing details and specific payment methods. 

 Delivery Terms and Timelines: 

All orders, once payment is confirmed, are committed to being delivered to customers within a maximum of 14 days. After completing the payment, you have 24 hours to cancel the order for any reason. However, after 24 hours from the completion of payment, we do not allow order cancellations because, at that point, the order has been prepared, packaged, and shipped to the customer. Customers will receive a tracking number via email 3 - 5 days after successful payment. Please note that in some remote areas, delivery times may be longer. We’ve attached a shipping time information table for your reference before making a purchase. 

 Guarantees and Warranties: 

Libellula is committed to ensuring that all our products are child-safe and suitable. Our materials undergo rigorous testing and are certified according to the KC Safety Certificate standards in South Korea. Each product is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans, avoiding any machine-made items. This dedication to perfection ensures the highest quality for our customers. 

Additionally, all Libellula products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If a product doesn’t match the description upon arrival or is damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% refund via PayPal. Furthermore, customers can request a replacement if they still wish to own a Libellula product. Your satisfaction is our priority! 

 Complaint Procedure: 

Customers can provide feedback on Libellula’s services or products via email: support@libelullakids.com. We will respond within 24 hours to address any customer issues.

All products on Libellulakids.com are the exclusive design property of Libellula. We hold ownership licenses for these designs in both Vietnam and the United States. Any copying or reproduction violates legal regulations.
