Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you’re not, here’s how our return process works: 

  • Customized Items: Since our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns for customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. 
  • Handmade Items: For non-customized handmade items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase. 

 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please: 

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. 
  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • We will either issue a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on your preference. 

 Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable: 

  • Customized Items: As mentioned earlier, personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. 

 Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective item).
